“ The Xinjiang project was established in 2018, and as of June 2023, a total of 275 students have been nurtured in the TechPro2 program. There have been 159 interns and graduates, all of whom have secured employment. Among them, 96 individuals obtained internships and employment aligned with their field of study, while 47 individuals secured internships and employment within the CNH network. Two individuals successfully joined CNH for employment. Throughout the project, a total of seven core agricultural machinery courses were completed, providing 4,119 hours of training for the entire school's faculty and students. In collaboration between Inzhi and the Agricultural Vocational College, the textbook "Modern Agricultural Machinery Hydraulic Technology" was jointly developed. ”
